This is a 2/2 ranch with master bedrooms and bathrooms on either side. There’s an office, with a work station and arcade in the middle. A kids hangout, with a bunk bed is across the hall from that. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, but Uber eats and instacart will deliver. The living room has a shuffle board table and tv for entertainment. And the unit has a washer and dryer if needed. Outside is where this place really shines though. The hot tub and firepit are the perfect spots to relax and take in the magnificent valley and long-range mountain views.

The tv and internet are not always 100% reliable, it seems. We’ve had both looked and tested, and we have never personally had an issue, but it has been sluggish or spotty for several of the guests. I would say about 20% of the time. Unfortunately I think it’s the product of being on a mountain, relying on satellite. If you’ll need 100% uptime, please be aware of the limitations.
